By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Hiriya Technology Solutions provides software development, web design, mobile application development, ERP systems, SaaS products (including Hiriya Education and Hiriya Health), cloud services, and SEO optimisation services.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or proposals. These Terms form the baseline governing framework for all engagements.

You agree not to: • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or data. • Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code. • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of our services without express written permission. • Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying our services. • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or index our website without permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software code — is the property of Hiriya Technology Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects: upon full payment of the agreed fees, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered work product for its intended purpose. All underlying frameworks, libraries, and proprietary tools developed by Hiriya Technology Solutions remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred by a separate written agreement.

Payment terms are specified in individual service proposals. Generally: • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. • The remaining balance is due on delivery or as per agreed milestone schedule. • Payments are accepted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) or USD as agreed.

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances on our side, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion. Disputes should be raised in writing to hiriyatechs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hiriya Technology Solutions and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. • Interruption of service or failure of third-party integrations.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet payment obligations.

Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable handover period and deliver any completed work for which payment has been received.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia.
